In every excavation project, we use heavy machinery to get the job done. Excavation is a complex process that requires a lot of people to keep the job done right and on schedule.

Whether the project is big or small, we always keep in mind safety not only for the workers in the area but also for the property where the project is located.

Excavation is typically a type of construction where a large amount of soil is moved or removed. In many cases, excavation may be the preliminary step to the construction or the final step to a demolition project.

Our excavation service covers creating space for office buildings, parking lots, roads, underground utilities and more. Whatever the project may be, in this industry, we are also called the trenching contractors. Our specialty comes with quality and reliability. Boulder Walls

If you’re planning to build a terraced boulder wall, you’ll need to know a few things first. First, you’ll need a plan and a permit. Then, you’ll need to find the right materials.

Boulders are great for retaining walls because they come in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. You can use a mix of different sizes for an artistic effect.

Before you start building your wall, you’ll need to decide how tall it will be. When it’s more than three feet tall, you’ll need to get an engineer’s stamp. This way, you can make sure that your wall meets local codes.

Once you’ve decided on the height of your wall, you’ll need to determine how to fit the stones together. Most of the time, it’s just a matter of trial and error.

Start by placing the largest stones in the bottom and then the next size up. This will help to fill up any big gaps in the retaining wall. Next, the wall should taper inward, so that the weight is spread out evenly at a 45-degree angle.

Depending on how tall your wall is, you may want to install landscape fabric. Landscaping fabric can be found at a hardware store. It can be placed behind each rock. Ideally, it should be about two feet wide.

Backfilling the retaining wall will also improve drainage. During backfilling, you’ll need to remove about 12 inches of soil. Leaving too much soil behind can cause the wall to settle.
